Currently, we do not support returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. 

In case of a lost order or significant damage to the ordered product(s) at arrival, please use the form in your account or click here to request a refund or replacement within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We’ll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

Payment methods supported on this website currently are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Diners Club. After completing your order a confirmation including payment details will be sent to you via email.

Transport

All products in the shop are manufactured and shipped making use of a large network of locations for local production in over 30 countries around the world. Each product is safely and seculery packed to prevent transit damage. You will be informed about the status of the delivery by the selected shipping provider operating in your region.
